Drop Down Menus are a quick easy way to navigate around a site. Here are few different types you can use.

Replace DESCRIPTION with page name etc, and URL HERE with the page url.

Please replace /TXTREA with /textarea as i had to change it for box to work.

EMAIL@HOTMAIL.COM: Replace with your email
EMAIL SUBJECT: Subject of the email. Eg, affiliate application
QUESTION: What heading you want the question to show under in the email (different for each question)
